Preparing, managing and getting over a crisis.

Corinne Dubos, associate and co-author of Crisis in 100 Words, published by the Documentation française, proposes a handy little guidebook produced by the “carnets de com éditeur”. In 20 pages, all basics and key elements of crisis prevention and crisis communication are presented. This guide is designed to be used by independent organizations that do not necessarily have a specific team dedicated to crisis management or other small structures with limited means but that nonetheless have the desire to learn a few good practices to better protect their image.
